Does a Webflow site really need maintenance?
Less than a WordPress site, since Webflow handles hosting and platform updates for you. But your content still ages. Hours change, staff come and go, offers expire and links break. A site that looks abandoned costs you calls, so someone should check it every month.
What counts as a maintenance request?
Routine work like text and photo updates, new blog posts, small layout tweaks, form fixes and new CMS items. Larger work, such as a new section of the site or a redesign, gets scoped and quoted on its own so you always know what you are approving.
How much does Webflow maintenance cost?
Two parts. Your Webflow plan is paid to Webflow, as listed at webflow.com/pricing. Our care plan fee depends on how much your site changes each month. We put it in writing after a 30-minute call, and plans are month to month, so you can stop any time.
Can you maintain a Webflow site you did not build?
Yes. We start with a review of the project so we understand its classes, CMS and custom code. If something is fragile, we tell you before we touch it. Then we take on requests the same way we do for sites we built ourselves.
Do you keep backups of my site?
Webflow saves backups as you work, and paid site plans can restore any of them. We also save a named backup before bigger changes. If an edit ever goes wrong, we can roll the site back to the last good version.
