A booklet is where a contractor stops looking like a subcontractor and starts looking like a brand. A homeowner buying a $20,000 roof or a whole-home HVAC system wants to feel like they hired a real company, and a saddle-stitched booklet with your process, your team, your warranties, and your finished projects does that in a way no flyer can.

We build contractor booklets as the piece that wins the big, considered jobs: a capabilities guide, a homeowner's buying guide, or a project portfolio. Full color throughout on quality text stock with a heavier cover, saddle-stitched from 8 pages up. This is the leave-behind that justifies a premium price before you ever quote it.

Often ordered with: Brochures, Bulk Posters, and Calendars.

Common questions

When is a booklet worth it?
When the job is big enough that the homeowner is nervous about who they hire: roofing, HVAC replacement, remodels, restoration. A booklet full of process, warranties, and finished work removes the fear that makes people default to the cheapest bid.

How many pages do I need?
Saddle-stitch booklets run in multiples of four, starting at 8 pages. A tight 8-to-16-page capabilities guide covers most contractors. Go longer only if you have the photos and content to fill it, since a thin booklet padded with filler reads worse than a good flyer.

What's the difference from a catalog?
Mostly intent. A booklet tells your story and builds trust; a catalog lists products and options. Same binding and stocks, we build whichever fits how you sell.

Ordering print in Tampa Bay

Do you ship print orders to Tampa Bay?

Yes. Everything we print ships — to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, or wherever your crew is working. Shipping time is on top of the print turnaround, and we confirm the total before you approve the proof.

How fast can I get signs or cards for a job starting this week?

Most orders proof within one business day and print in three to seven business days, plus shipping. Rush is available on yard signs, business cards and door hangers — put your date in the form below and we will tell you what is actually possible.

Will yard signs and banners hold up in Florida sun and humidity?

We spec UV inks and heavier stock on anything that lives outdoors in Florida. Tell us the sign is going in full sun or near salt air and we will recommend the material that lasts instead of the cheapest one.

Do I need artwork before I can order?

No. Design is included. Send a logo, a photo of your truck, or nothing at all, and our design team builds the artwork and sends you a proof before anything prints.

Ready to get it printed?

Send us your logo and we will handle artwork, proofing, and production. If you do not have artwork yet, our design team builds it for you.
