Why does a full-zip cost more than a pullover?
The zipper hardware and construction add cost to the blank. In return you get a piece that's easier to layer and reads more finished — which is why owners and sales staff gravitate to it.
Embroidery or print?
Left-chest embroidery is the go-to on a full-zip and looks the most professional. A screen-printed back works if you want a bigger mark. The zipper splits the front, so full-front prints don't apply.
