Who owns my website, domain, and data if we part ways?

You do. Your domain, website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, GA4 data, call recordings, and content all stay yours, and we hand over admin access whenever you ask. We do not hold assets hostage as a retention tactic.

This matters more than most contractors realize. Plenty of agencies build on a proprietary platform you cannot export, or register the domain and Google Ads account under their own name, so leaving means starting from zero. Before you sign anywhere, ask who is listed as owner on the registrar and the ad accounts.
