The crew lead or the most talkative tech, not the owner. Whoever is already explaining the problem to the homeowner is the person whose explanation makes good video, and viewers trust the tech standing in the attic more than a produced spokesperson.
Give them a three-part prompt: what I found, what I did, what to watch for. Rotate a second person in so content does not stop when one guy is on vacation, and get written permission before any customer, address, or interior appears on camera.
