One named person, usually the owner or the office manager, has to be the final approver on anything that carries the logo. Style guides fail in contracting companies because a wrap shop, a sign vendor, and a nephew with Canva all get to make design decisions and nobody is checking.
Keep the guide short: logo files, exact color codes, two fonts, spacing rules, and a list of what is not allowed. Store it in one shared folder with the actual artwork files, and hold to one rule — nothing gets printed, wrapped, or posted until the approver has seen it.
