Raise prices when you are booked two or more weeks out, closing well over half your estimates, and turning down work you would rather have. Those are signs demand is ahead of capacity, and more lead spend only lengthens the backlog.
Move in steps of five to ten percent, start with the service lines carrying the longest wait, and watch close rate for the next 30 days. If close rate barely moves, the price was too low. Update pricing on the site, in ads and in estimate templates at the same time so the message is consistent, and expect a customer who cares more about scheduling than price.
