How often will I get reporting and which numbers do you track?

You get a report every month plus a live dashboard you can open any time, and we track calls, form fills, booked jobs, cost per booked job, and revenue attribution rather than impressions and vanity rankings. Call tracking numbers show which channel produced each call, and recordings show whether it was a real job or a wrong number.

We also report Maps pack visibility, keyword movement, and AI assistant mentions so you can see leading indicators before they turn into revenue. If a number is not tied to a booked job, it does not lead the report.
