What should I do with the questions people post in my Google Q&A section?

Answer every one from your business account within a day, because anyone can answer a question on your profile and a competitor or a guessing stranger often will. Wrong answers sit there permanently and get read as fact by both homeowners and AI assistants.

You are also allowed to post your own questions and answer them, so seed the eight or ten things you get asked on every call: service area, financing, permit handling, emergency response time, warranty length, brands you install. Upvote the best answers so they surface first, and report anything spammy or off-topic.
