Pricing & Getting Started

Who should my first marketing hire be and what should they own?

Your first marketing hire should be a marketing coordinator, not a strategist or a designer. The job is execution: chasing reviews, collecting job-site photos and video, keeping the CRM clean, following up on unsold estimates, updating the Google Business Profile, and feeding content requests to whoever builds the pages.

Hire for reliability and follow-through rather than a portfolio. Give them three numbers to own, usually reviews added per month, speed to lead, and unsold-estimate follow-up rate, and review those weekly. Strategy, technical SEO and ad management stay outside the company until volume justifies a second hire.
