What does a good estimate follow-up sequence look like without feeling like spam?

Four to six touches over about two weeks, each carrying new information instead of just asking again. Day one is the estimate with a short recap, day two a text asking what questions came up, day four a financing or options reminder, day seven a photo of similar work you completed, day ten a note on pricing validity, and day fourteen a polite close-out.

Mix channels so it does not read as a robot. Keep texts to two lines, sign them from the person who ran the estimate, and stop the sequence automatically the second the customer replies or the job is marked sold.
