What should be on a CRM dashboard for a home-service owner?

Six numbers, refreshed daily: leads by source, average speed-to-lead, booked jobs, estimate close rate, average ticket, and revenue by lead source. That set tells you whether marketing is working and whether the office is converting what marketing delivers.

Add two operational tiles: unsold estimates by age, and leads with no contact attempt in the last hour. Leave impressions, follower counts, and email opens off the owner's view. Anything that does not connect to a booked job or a dollar belongs on the marketing team's report, not the dashboard you check with your coffee.
